Shipping:
- Our order desk is available Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm PT.
- Your order of $350 or more is delivered free if you are located within the local delivery areas.
- Orders shipped outside the free freight areas will be shipped FOB Econobox Renton, WA, freight collect.
- Non-stocked and custom ordered items may delay the delivery date of the entire order.
- We do offer the option of will call. The minimum for will call orders is $200.
- In Renton, WA we require a 4 hour notice.
- To will call orders in Spokane WA and/or Hillsboro, OR we require a 24 hour lead time.

Returns:
Econobox will accept returns on Stocked items within 30 days of the purchase date. Stocked items are items stocked on our warehouse floor that are available for immediate shipping.
- To obtain a return authorization simply contact Customer Service at 888-326-6629 or email to csr@econobox.com.
- Nothing will be accepted for return without a completed return authorization.
- Items must be in clean resalable condition.
- Cases and Bundles must be in their original un-opened packaging.
- Items will be inspected upon return to the warehouse if not deemed to be in resalable condition the items will be returned to the customer and they will be charged for the items.
All returns are subject to a restocking charge of $25 or 15% of the return total, whichever is greater.
Econobox cannot accept returns on the following:
- Stocked Items that have been opened or damaged by the customer or that were purchased beyond the past 30 days.
- Non-stocked/Special order items these are items we do not stock on our warehouse floor that are purchased from a vendor at the customer’s request.
- Custom Items are items that have been manufactured to a customer specific request. Some examples would include anything printed, or bubble and foam that have been slit or perfed.
Items returned because of manufacturer damage or defect will be sent back to the Vendor with a request for credit or replacement of damaged product. A return Authorization approved by management is required on all manufacturer returns

New Accounts:
Credit can be extended to qualified companies following our standard verification procedure. Upon receipt of a signed Econobox Trade Credit Application and Trade References, our standard credit check process may be initiated.
