GENERAL BOX INFORMATION
COMMON BOX STYLES
RSC - Regular Slotted Container
All of the flaps of a regular slotted container are the same length, and the lengthwise (normally outer) flaps meet at the center of the box. The space between the inner flaps varies depending on the relation of the length to the width of the box.
FOL - Full Overlap Slotted Container
When this style is stacked on its side panel, the extra thickness of the corrugated board on the top and bottom panels provides added stacking strength. The outer flaps, which almost completely overlap, make this box unusually resistant to rough handling.
FPF - Five Panel Folder
When assembled, this box has several thicknesses in each end. This provides considerable strength and makes the five panel folder an excellent container for the shipment of articles such as canes, rods, shade rollers, light fixtures, umbrellas, etc. Illustration shows box open and closed with paper sealing tape.
OPF - One Piece Folder
More economical than a carton and they require less storage space. Very quick and easy to use. Available in "Special Style" where all flaps meet.
RETT - Rolled End Tuck Top
A rolled end tuck top is a suitable container for packaging small items and/or gifts. It stores flat and is self-locking in setup.
Partitions
Whjen using a single carton for multiple packaging, partitions separate and protect each item and increase the stacking strength of the container.
